Dance
Boppers
Thursday | 15:45-16:45 | 4-6 | £4.20
Boppers is a fun after school activity, ideal for energetic young children who love to move!
This session promotes the development of children's motor and cognitive skills through fun games and movement exploration. Boppers sessions encourage children to socialise and work together, building their confidence as young dancers and people!
Snacks and drinks are provided before the session to give the children energy before dancing the afternoon away!
Movers
Thursday | 17:00-18:00 | 7-10 | £4.20
Movers is an ideal activity for children who love to express their creativity through movement and dance.
This session introduces children to the world of dance and aims to develop confident dancers. Children will take part in fun games, learn dance routines and work with others to experiment and create movement sequences. All abilities are welcome, no previous dance experience is needed to enjoy Movers sessions!
Ransack Youth Dance

Join the incredible Sarah Rogers and professional dancers from Ransack Dance Company in discovering the intricacies of contemporary dance!
This inclusive session encourages young dancers to explore movement and gain confidence in a safe and supportive environment, while developing and improving dance techniques. Individuals will create extraordinary dance sequences ready for sharing and performances. All abilities are welcome, no previous dance experience is needed to enjoy these sessions!

Crafty Cuppa

Join us every Monday for a cuppa, chat and craft making!
Crafty Cuppa is the ideal activity if you want to start your week learning different crafts and meeting new people in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
With the wonderful Rhian Anderson, you can try out a new craft each week or pursue your own project. These fun and friendly sessions are a great opportunity to spend time with others in a fully accessible, easy space. We warmly welcome adults of all ages and abilities and strongly encourage older people, especially if you’d like some company and to make new friends.
Art Club

Art Club is a great low cost after school activity for children who enjoy getting crafty and creative!
With experienced arts facilitator Rhian Anderson, Art Club gives your budding artist the opportunity to explore many arts and crafts techniques, developing confidence and skills. Art Club is also about socialising and making friends in a comfortable environment. With a snack, drink and all materials included in the low price, everyone has a great time.

Youth Explore 2024

Youth Explore is a fun and creative contemporary dance workshop in which participants will co-create and rehearse a dance performance with the professional dancers from Ransack Dance Company!
The group will then perform at our ‘Gyda’n Gilydd’ Summer Dance Sharing on 26th July.
The group will also have an exciting opportunity to perform with Ransack Dance Company as part of the National Eisteddfod in Pontypridd in August!

A donation based Sound Bath experience led by Rob, a fully qualified and certified sound healer, owner of The Medicine Within. Bathe in the calming vibrations of a symphonic gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments, expertly played to create a harmonious and immersive soundscape. Allow yourself to disconnect from daily stress, soothe your mind and body, and unleash a sense of inner peace.

Join Linzi, our experienced instructor, in this energetic and feel-good class which will work on improving your cardiovascular health and mobility! Join us in this self-led sensory play session! From the moment they're born, children use their senses to discover the world around them, sensory play supports this learning and development process. A Mini Makers session consists of 3 different play stations, in which toddlers can investigate different textures, consistencies and shapes with the help of their parents. Come along and let us deal with the mess of sensory play!
Intergenerational Crochet Club

Artis Outdoors

Paint and Prosecco

Follow a step by step tutorial and create a beautiful painting with the help of a professional artist, Nina Camplin! Enjoy this relaxing activity with a free glass of bubbly or wine.
